In order to capture the essence of Scandinavian aesthetics, MENU and Norm Architects partnered with Höst, a popular restaurant in Copenhagen, in 2010 to create a dinnerware series. The outcome of their collaboration was the New Norm Dinnerware Collection, which retains its distinct Nordic character while constantly evolving. The ceramic pieces are hand-glazed and come in Dark Glaze or Red Glaze, featuring a blend of urban and rural influences that result in intricate designs that can stand alone or complement each other. The plates, bowls, and cups are available in a range of sizes suitable for everyday use or formal dining. With their refined appearance, they add an understated touch of elegance to any dining environment.
