The neutral palate, textured layers and natural finishes of a classic Mediterranean style is polished up with a modern touch of clean lines, sculptural angles and contemporary furnishing to materialize the Ormadale Residence. 

We worked with the owners from the start for this modern Mediterranean haven. The Klemenza touch is applied from conceptualization through the construction and renovations, all the way to the finishing touch of fixture, furniture and final styling pieces. The result is a home of harmonious juxtaposition – smooth marble on natural wood, white washed walls backdropping buttery leather and minimalist surfaces softened by organic curves and live plants. 

The delicate marriage of classic and contemporary, rustic and refined serve as the basis to design vision that allows for work and play, rest and rejuvenation for anyone who finds themselves in the home.
