In 2010, MENU and Norm Architects collaborated with Höst, a well-known Copenhagen restaurant, to create a dinnerware series that embodied the essence of Scandinavian aesthetics. The result of their collaboration was the New Norm Dinnerware Collection, which always maintains a distinct Nordic character while constantly evolving. The hand-glazed ceramic pieces are available in either Dark Glaze or Red Glaze and combine both urban and rural influences, resulting in intricate designs that complement each other or can stand alone. The plates, bowls, and cups in the collection come in various sizes, making them suitable for both everyday use and formal dining. Their subtle yet sophisticated appearance adds a touch of refinement to any dining setting.
