La Chapelle scented cord, or Fil Parfume, is an ode to the many small churches found in tiny villages in France. It is a spiritual scent, built around notes of sandalwood, myrrh, warmth and depth.
This clever spool of cotton rope can be used as a ribbon to finesse a gift, or as incense to delicately scent a space. The choice is up to you!
This spool holds approximately 2 metres of impeccable quality scented cord, handmade in Japan.
To use simply pinch the cord to 5cm in length with the metal clip, place on the non-flammable felt mat, ignite as you would an incense stick and breathe deeply.
